Appointments
GYN and physical exams should be scheduled every year. If the doctor wants to
see you earlier we will schedule you an appointment.
We only accept emergency walk-ins.
Any results that are done at the office can be found in the patient portal or the
doctor will have it. Results outside the office will be faxed over to the doctor.
visits
For a first time visit please have your insurance id and a referral if given one.
Patient with no insurance costs $300 , not including lab work. Lab work is billed
separately.
The average wait time is approximately an hour and a half to two hours. Visits
vary from patient to patient.
INSURANCE
If you have an HMO our PCP MUST BE ASSIGNED to insurance. If not you will
not be able to be seen.
All insurance accepted will be listed below.
Most insurance will have how much is your co-pay listed. If not we will let you
know how much is your copay.
BILLING
Balances can be paid off by calling the office, the Billing Department
(347)732-1357, or via the Patient Portal.
The reasons for a bill may include an unpaid co payment, a co-insurance transfer to the patient, or a remaining deductible. Contacting the Billing Department (347)732-1357 can clarify any confusion a patient may have about a balance.
